Boutique Care Homes is set to build a new 78-bed care home in Kent after acquiring a 3.5-acre site in the coastal town of Deal.
The acquisition marks the seventh addition to Boutique Care Homes' portfolio in the last 12 months. According to the provider, the new care home's design will prioritise a connection with nature by preserving and enhancing the woodland that currently sits on the site.
Residents will enjoy a range of facilities, including a hobby room, bistro, and family lounge. The home will create over 80 full-time jobs.
The town of Deal is known for its picturesque seafront and rich maritime heritage. In addition to the new care home, Boutique Care Homes will also construct nine separate bungalows on the site.
Ameet Kotecha, founder and managing director of Boutique Care Homes, said: “We are absolutely delighted about the acquisition of this site in Deal. It's a wonderful opportunity to bring our exceptional care services to this vibrant community. Our commitment to creating vibrant, empowering communities for our residents continues to drive our expansion in Kent.”
