The Future of Care Leaders Conference is taking place on Tuesday 28 March 2023 at The King’s Fund in London.
While Vic Rayner OBE, chief executive of the National Care Forum, returns as conference chair, those attending the conference this year will find new faces, new ideas, and new networking opportunities.
The conference programme will deliver sessions focusing on crucial challenges within the sector, with a focus on immediate and long-term calls to action. Through both individual speaker sessions and panel discussions, the day will cover topics such as sustainability, innovation, quality of life, raising the profile of adult social care, workplace environments, and empowering the front-line.
Networking will begin at a welcome breakfast and continue throughout regular refreshment breaks and, of course, lunch. At the end of the day, a drinks reception will provide the chance to reflect on the day’s learnings and strengthen those relationships made during the day.
Within the conference exhibition, exhibitors will be promoting products, services, and software.
Standout speakers will include:
- Kate Terroni, chief inspector of adult social care at Care Quality Commission
- Professor Martin Green OBE, chief executive of Care England
- Nadra Ahmed CBE DL, executive chairman of National Care Association
- Avnish Goyal CBE, chair of Hallmark Care Homes.
- Liz Kendall MP, shadow minister for health and social care
