Big plans for Little Brook House

Specialist property adviser Christie & Co has completed on the sale of Little Brook House care home in South Hampshire.

The home occupies a 17th Century, Grade 2 listed building and offers residential and respite care 25 residents.

Previous owner, Linda Scott, purchased the property in 2004 and has upgraded and refurbished the home, which has now been purchased by care home operator Regent and Imperial Care.

Ms Scott said: “I have very much enjoyed owning and operating Little Brook House and believe this is an excellent business. Having had the business for 18 years I felt the time was right for me to sell and I am delighted to be passing the business over to the new owners who I am sure will be very successful. The home has a great staff team, and I will miss them and the residents.”

Ranjeev Saluja, Director of Regent and Imperial Care, commented: “Little Brook House is a lovely business and property and I look forward to getting to know the staff, residents and their families. This is a well-run care home and it is my aim to continue and expand upon the good work Linda has put in over the years.”
