The bedrooms will have their own full ensuites with showers and all bedrooms on the ground floor will have access to their own patio.
The suites will include a fully fitted kitchenette with the latest appliances, a dining area, lounge as well as a large ensuite bathroom.
Other innovations at the home will include an ice cream parlour, reminiscence lounge, garden room and an outdoor roof terrace.
The new facility is being built by Savista Developments on a 1.9-acre site at Pound Place, Roundstone Lane in Angmering.
To mark the topping out stage of construction, the site’s construction team was joined by Hallmark chief operating officer Aneurin Brown (pictured, right); chair of Angmering Parish Council Nikki Hamilton-Street (pictured, left) and several local councillors.
Brown said: “Angmering Grange will provide residents with a place where they feel safe and supported to live an active and fulfilled life. Our caring and dedicated teams, will be provided with on-going training and support to provide the very best relationship centred care to residents and much thought and consideration has gone into the design of this beautiful new home.”
