Social care consultancy Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) and workforce development and membership organisation Skills for Care have joined forces to strengthen the support they provide to registered managers in adult social care.
As part of the partnership, any organisation joining QCS will also be offered Skills for Care’s registered manager membership.
Both organisations offer front-line managers a suite of tailored policies, procedures, best practice content and support.
“We're delighted to have formed a collaborative alliance with Skills for Care. It will prove a huge benefit for the 5,000 plus care providers who have chosen QCS,” said director of sales and marketing Simon Bunegar (pictured).
“But, I think, much more than this, the close relationship that both organisations have formed with care providers will mean that, collectively, we can better understand and respond to the myriad of challenges that front-line leaders face. This itself, is both a significant and transformative step forward,” he added.
Skills for Care director of engagement Georgina Turner said: “Providing registered manager membership to new QCS providers is an exciting step in the new partnership agreement, which formally recognises the high regard in which registered managers are held.
“We look forward to working with QCS to ensure registered managers and their staff have access to an even greater suite of resources.”
