Extra care housing developer Lovell Later Living has appointed Paula Broadbent as managing director with effect from 6 April.
Broadbent (pictured) is formerly the retirement solutions director at Engie Places and Communities, where she set up the LIFEstyle by Engie later living business unit.
In joining Lovell Later Living, Broadbent will bring over 30 years’ experience gained in services for older people and over-55s market.
Lovell said Broadbent will lend her expertise in place shaping, master planning and developing solutions via public private partnerships to accelerate the delivery of housing and services for the over 55’s.
“This appointment reflects our ambition to strengthen the integration of Lovell Later Living within our wider business while developing creative solutions for much needed senior housing and extra care facilities,” added Lovell managing director Steve Coleby.
Lovell Later Living recently joined the Lovell brand, integrating with the established Partnerships business to work with their partners in addressing the growing housing crisis for the ageing demographic.
