UK based SuperSleeves has announced the launch of its range of vibrant, stylish and fun cast covers, designed to offer a durable protective layer in a visually exciting product.
SuperSleeves founder, Michelle Hayman, comments: “Wearing a cast or bandage for any amount of time can be a miserable experience. Not only do you have the discomfort and inconvenience to deal with, but it doesn’t take long for the dressing to become dirty and there’s very little that you can do to fix it; instead you’re stuck with a grubby appendage, which snags on soft furnishings and rasps against bare skin. And if the wearer is a child, the problem becomes 10 times worse.”
Hayman continues: “SuperSleeves put an end to miserable and drab casts and bandages! Made from a soft, durable elasticated Lycra-based fabric, SuperSleeves have been designed to be a stylish, fashionable accessory, whilst comfortably protecting casts and bandages - so they stay clean for longer, while adding a splash of exciting individuality and fun!”
Available in a range of fashionable colours, from a simple, discreet nude, to stylish cheetah skin, or a vibrant pink loopy print, SuperSleeves come in sizes suitable for children aged six through to adult.
SuperSleeves are available direct to the public via the company website, while interested stockists can view the range at this year’s Pharmacy Show, at Birmingham’s NEC, 25-26 September 2016. The brand can be found at stand PD66, towards the rear of the hall.
