The Healthcare Management Trust (HMT) has announced the acquisition of St Quentin Care Homes.
Newcastle-under-Lyme-based St Quentin Care Homes has been recognised for its dedication to providing a supportive and nurturing care environment. The acquisition by HMT will ensure that it continues to thrive while benefiting from the additional resources and expertise HMT brings as a national health and care charity. St Quentin Care Homes joins HMT’s three other care homes and two private acute hospitals.
Dr Nichola Stefanou, chief executive of HMT, said: “This acquisition represents a wonderful opportunity to integrate St Quentin Care Homes into the HMT fold. We are committed to maintaining the high standards of care that St Quentin is known for, while also encouraging further innovation and resourcing to enhance the wellbeing of the people in our home. Our top priority is to ensure a smooth transition for the people we care for, their families, and the dedicated staff who care for them.”
