The National Care Forum has announced its 2024 CEOs & Senior Directors Conference.
Open to all senior leaders and trustees in the not-for-profit care and support sector, the conference will give both NCF members and non-members the opportunity to collaborate and network.
The event will take place at Wyboston Lakes Resort in Bedfordshire in November, with an evening networking event on Monday 25th and full conference programme on Tuesday 26th.
NCF CEO Vic Rayner OBE said: “We are excited to bring a brand new programme to our CEOs & Senior Directors Conference this year to give our members, and providers from the wider not-for-profit sector, the opportunity to hear from some new voices in the sector. We are pleased to also welcome back speakers from the world of local government and regulation too.
“As well as addressing the implications of a new government and policy landscape, our programme of plenary sessions, panels and workshops will help providers navigate the tricky topics to be overcome in order to run a successful not-for-profit care and support business. Senior leaders and trustees can select from a workshop programme covering core areas of finance, governance, learning disability, practice and quality, HR, and technology & digital. Our aim is to enable senior leaders in care and support to build their own agenda based on the specific priorities of their business while learning and networking in a collaborative environment.”
