Digital compliance management provider Quality Compliance Systems has acquired digital care planning specialist Carebeans.
Care providers are promised ‘… the joint benefits of both companies’ missions to provide the best in class, easy to use, end-to-end digital care solutions that will enable care providers to focus on providing the best care possible’.
Following the acquisition, QCS and Carebeans are seeking to create a Social Care Operating Cloud that provides 24/7 compliance via automatically updated and tailored polices, continual assessment programs via digital audits and online mock inspections, online resources, and dedicated digital dementia care.
