Digital compliance management provider Quality Compliance Systems has acquired digital care planning specialist Carebeans.

Following the acquisition, QCS and Carebeans are seeking to create a Social Care Operating Cloud that provides 24/7 compliance via automatically updated and tailored polices, continual assessment programs via digital audits and online mock inspections, online resources, and dedicated digital dementia care.
