Rinnai announces guaranteed product availability

Hot water heater manufacturer Rinnai has announced guaranteed availability for its 48-58kW range of continuous flow N Series hot water heating systems, and other products.

Rinnai is also guaranteeing speed of delivery, as all orders placed will be despatched within 24 hours on a next day service. Rinnai products can also be shipped the same day – or night – by priced-in special courier direct to any site in UK major towns and cities.

Rinnai is offering direct delivery to site in one complete system consignment any combination of its entire product range of hot water heaters, electric cylinders, hybrid hot water tanks, and heat pumps, plus all ancillary products such as flues, accessories, and fittings.

Rinnai’s continuous flow hot water heating units and systems guarantee limitless hot water supplies to any site for as long as there is a constant supply of gas and water. Rinnai also guarantees to supply temperature controlled and useable hot water in unlimited quantities for all hygiene regimes in all types of sites.

A major part of these low carbon pathways is the introduction of a comprehensive 12-year warranty on all its fully certified I2HY20 continuous flow hot water heaters which are suited to installation as standalone gaseous water heaters or as hybrid hot water systems supporting solar thermal or heat pump technology.

The Rinnai Specification and Design Team can also prepare installation schematics that demonstrate best practise regarding legislative design considerations. This expertise will guarantee best practise to combat Legionella, G3 and a host of other onsite compliance issues. The result is a high efficiency, low emission system delivering unlimited amounts of hot water.

Hydrogen blends-ready Rinnai continuous flow hot water delivery units & systems analysis shows cost reductions of nearly 20 per cent of the running cost, over 30 per cent of the upfront cost, over 15 per cent in carbon footprint, over 75 per cent in space, over 85 per cent in weight compared to other forms of heated storage systems.

Rinnai’s H3 range of products include domestic and commercial heat pumps that offer immediate property decarbonisation. Rinnai is determined to provide UK customers with cost effective low carbon solutions towards domestic and commercial hot water and building heating provision.

“We are here to help and serve the marketplace. It is a totally integrated part of our operation – our answer is ‘Yes’ to any supply and shipment question to anywhere on mainland UK,” says operations director Chris Goggin.

“It is also important for the installer, building services consultant and end user to understand that continuous flow can readily and quickly REPLACE any other form of hot water delivery that fails or cannot cope with demand. A site does not need to do what they believe is a ‘like-for-like’ replacement – essential services’ sites simply need uninterrupted and reliable flows of hot water to maintain hygiene standards.”

Rinnai offers 24/7 technical service, product and spares availability, and digital technology aids such as the ‘Help Me Choose’ facility at www.rinnaiuk.com.
