Millennium Care has been shortlisted for Innovation in Care, Best for Wellbeing, and Best for Architecture or Interior Design at The Care Home Awards.
Worthington Lake Care Home, located in Standish, Greater Manchester, was shortlisted due to its dementia accredited design. Built with dementia in mind, Millennium worked with Stirling University to create a home fit for purpose.
The Care Home Awards is an annual benchmark of excellence and innovation for care home management, operations, and delivery, celebrating the business of owning and running care homes in the UK.
A celebration of the finalists and presentations of awards will take place on 30 June at the Royal Garden Hotel, London.
Omair Haider, managing director of Millennium Care said: “For the group to become shortlisted for these three awards is a real accolade and testament to the hard work that takes place across our group. Credit must go to our dedicated team who are always striving to deliver the very best care to residents.
“We are incredibly humbled by this nomination and are grateful to our residents and their families for their continued support.”
