Cllr Flaherty said: “It was a privilege to be invited to open New Care’s second dedicated care facility in Warrington and hear how these two superb centres that will work together to deliver great care for the people in this borough. I’m delighted to have been able to open both properties and meet their wonderful teams and first residents during my time in office.”
