The Care Build Group has celebrated topping out the main structure of its new 67-bed home in Leicestershire.
The home, located in the market town of Hinckley, will be the Care Build Group’s first care home.
Works on the new home are expected to be completed in the autumn. When finished, the home, which is located on a road-fronted position, will have close transport links to the M1 motorway and will be ideally situated for local shops and amenities. The site - formally a car park and a local bowls club - has been designed to incorporate new club and pavilion facilities.
This brand new later living facility will incorporate 67 en suite bedrooms, office spaces, lounge areas, hairdressing amenities, a commercial kitchen, private dining areas, and a pub. The home will be specifically designed in accordance with dementia-friendly acoustics and will cater to a range of complex needs.
Ashley Cooper, director of Care Build Group, said: “This is a very exciting day for the project and Care Build Group as we celebrate the completion of the main structure of the building. We are looking forward to cracking on with the internal works and finishes in readiness for a successful completion to our client later this year.”
