Family-run ACI Care Group, which owns and operates four care homes across East Sussex, Kent, and Northamptonshire, has received £7.35m of funding from Cynergy Bank.
ACI, which is run by Anand Sodha and Ravi Sodha, operates Fairways Residential Home, The Old Rectory Residential Home, Mountside Residential Home, and Gabriel Court. Between them, the homes provide dementia care, residential care, and respite care.
The Cynergy loan - a five-year term loan with a repayment profile of 25 years - will support the refinancing of ACI’s homes.
Ravi Sodha, director of ACI Group, said: “We are really excited to work with Cynergy Bank. From start to finish, they have shown their enthusiasm for the care sector and for us as an operator, so that we can plan for the future.”
Cynergy Bank relationship director Satyen Shingadia commented: “It has been a fantastic experience to work with Anand and Ravi. I look forward to working with them in achieving their future plans to expand further into the care home sector.”
Anand Sodha, director of ACI Group, added: “Really looking forward to working with Satyen and Cynergy Bank, they followed through on everything they promised from the outset and have already shown a great appetite to work collaboratively with us as we seek to meet our own ambitious goals.”
