Digital care planning software provider Person Centred Software has been listed in The Sunday Times’ top 100 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the UK.
The company has been ranked at No.61 in The Sunday Times Hundred 2022, reflecting its 59.41 per cent annual sales growth over the last three years.
Founded in 2013, Person Centred Software has positioned itself at the forefront of efforts to integrate health and social care through the use of digital technology. It implemented GP Connect, a service that enables authorised clinical staff to view and share clinical data from GP, connecting over 16,000 people and more than 360 care homes to GP records.
Person Centred Software recently acquired Atlas eMAR – a medication management system that digitally links care homes to GP prescribing systems and the supplying pharmacy.
