Fulcrum pivots to new branding to celebrate fifth anniversary

Care home management consultancy Fulcrum Care has celebrated its fifth year of business with a rebranding launch.

The event at the Savage Garden rooftop bar in London marked half a decade of Fulcrum working to improve the quality of care for residents, as well as celebrating the resilience of the sector over the past two years.

With a mission statement of ‘We help care’, Fulcrum offers consultancy and care home management support across England, Scotland, and Wales. During the pandemic, Fulcrum was tasked with finding innovative solutions to the pressures facing social care, introducing lifesaving infection prevention and control measures to help care homes protect their residents and avoid closure.

Since 2021, Fulcrum has helped over 150 care homes meet their compliance targets, has saved over a dozen homes from urgent closure, and has supported management teams across the country to adopt digital Quality Management Systems.

Fulcrum’s CEO, Tony Thiru, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be able to celebrate five years of care home consultancy, particularly as only half of all companies reach this milestone. I’d like to thank the dedication and commitment of our team — as well as the resilience of the care sector as a whole — for helping us to continue providing expert care support where it’s needed most.

“During the coronavirus pandemic, it was vital that everyone increased their efforts to protect the health and care sectors across the UK. This often required creative and cost-effective ways to adapt to complex challenges. I’m pleased to say that we were able to give the strength and support that our care home clients needed during that time – and we will continue to develop new ways to help care home providers, owners and managers recover and improve their ratings and the quality of care they are able to offer residents.

“Our new logo and website branding is a reflection of that growth, giving Fulcrum a bold and modern look that better matches the direction of our consultancy and the full range of services we can now offer our care home clients.”
