Digital care management system provider Person Centred Software (PCS) has launched four new products aimed at empower caregivers and improve the quality of life of those needing care.
The new additions are: Nursecall Messaging Service (NMS), Digital Reception, Care Sector Benchmarking, and Action Plans.
Nursecall Messaging Service (NMS) is a smart messaging solution that integrates with leading brands of nurse call systems to deliver alerts, messages and notifications to smartphones and tablets, removing the requirement for pagers or dedicated medical devices.
Digital Reception is a front of house system that is configurable and supports any number of locations. Being able to operate on Android or Apple tablets, the system also has a hands-free option to avoid the need to touch the screen.
Care Sector Benchmarking enables care providers to measure and compare quality and performance indicators internally within their communities and/or against homes and communities across the sector.
The Action Plan feature in Person Centred Software’s Mobile Care Monitoring system, meanwhile, allows care providers to effectively manage their care, quality, compliance, governance, and set up continuous improvement plans via a dashboard.
PCS said the four products will provide the foundations for interoperability, allowing health and social care records to be accessed by the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
“Last year we connected 8,400 beds to NHS services through our joined up care project, sharing information through GP Connect and the National Record Locator,” added head of product Andrew Coles.
“We are now delighted to announce the launch of four new products to the social care market - all of which utilise interoperability to improve the quality of life for people in care.”
