Ideal Carehomes is set to open two open care homes in April: Blakelands Lodge in Bedfordshire and Haywood Lodge in Warwickshire.
The 66-bed Blakelands Lodge in Marston Moretaine between Bedford and Milton Keynes will be the provider’s 29th home.
The £12m scheme will feature a cinema, landscaped gardens, a traditional tea shop with a balcony, beauty parlour and bar.
The Haywood Lodge meanwhile, which is also a 66-bed facility, is located in Mappleborough Green near Redditch.
The £12m development includes a cinema, rooms leading onto landscaped gardens, a café, beauty parlour and convenience store.
Ideal Carehomes is on the lookout for staff at the new care homes.
“Whilst our environments are second to none, it is our staff team who make our homes the best places to live, and who help our residents to retain their independence whilst supporting them to live an active lifestyle,” said managing director Stacey Linn.
Head of development and engagement Sarah Colling added: “We have unique training and development initiatives, through our Ideal Academy, including industry-leading training, career progression opportunities via a range of learning resources such as E-learning and specialist workshops – there are always opportunities to progress for the right people.”
