Maria Mallaband Care Group is on track to open its £9.5m Lace Hill Manor care home in Buckingham in April.
Construction contractor Lawrence Baker Ltd. is expected to hand over the keys to the care provider by the end of March.
The 62-bed luxury care home will provide large ensuite rooms, some with private patios, lounges, restaurants, communal areas, landscaped gardens, and luxury facilities including a orangery.
Located alongside the site of a new healthcare hub, the two-and-three-storey home will be set in landscaped grounds, with private and shared patios, quiet terraces and lawns, surrounded by planting, including topiary.
“Our beautiful home has been designed with superior care at the heart, united with five-star facilities,” said home manager Paul Turvey.
“Here at Lace Hill Manor, we want to provide not only the very best physical environment for those living with us, but an opportunity for them to live life to the fullest, celebrate their individuality and create an open culture where they are confident in being able to push the boundaries to ensure they continue living as the people they are and have always been,” he added.
“Everything at Lace Hill will be led by the people that live and work in the home – they will be involved in every decision, as they should be. This is their home, built around them.”
