Principle Care Homes has held a topping out ceremony at Heron Manor – its newest care home currently under construction in Fleet, Hampshire.
The 60-bed home is on track to welcome its first residents in early 2026. Heron Manor will offer residential, nursing, and dementia care, and residents will benefit from facilities including a hydrotherapy pool, exercise studio, café bistro, and on-site physiotherapy to promote mobility and independence. The home is Principle Care Homes’ second, following the successful opening of Broomfield Village in Chelmsford.
The ceremony was attended by Principle Care Homes’ MD Ashish Goyal, finance director Nisha Goyal, members of the Heron Manor leadership team, Paul Stephens, consultant, Subhaan Iqbal, IT director & compliance lead, Bernard Interiors’ Will Grieve, and Ram Goyal.
Construction partner BCP’s MD Brian Bullock, was also in attendance, as was Steve Forster, representing Hampshire County Council and Fleet Town.
Principle Care Homes’ MD Ashish Goyal said: “We’re so proud to reach this milestone. Heron Manor is a special project, and we look forward to building an excellent team to bring our vision to life, where every resident, team member, and visitor truly feels special.”
