Principle Care Homes secures flagship funding from Virgin Money

New entrant to the care sector Principle Care Homes has secured £10m in funding from Virgin Money for the development of Heron Manor, its flagship care home in Fleet, Hampshire.

Opening in spring 2023, Heron Manor will provide residential, nursing and dementia care, with facilities including physiotherapy suite and hydrotherapy pool.

As well as providing outstanding amenities, Principle has committed to pay all their team the real living wage, as well as providing team meals and complimentary uniform laundry service.

“We are very pleased to have secured funding with Virgin Money on our first home located in Fleet,” said Principle co-founder Nisha Goyal.

“The team has put a lot of thought into the design of the home as well as the offering, to ensure we fulfil on our vision to create a world where everyone feels special,” she added.

“We are looking forward to seeing this come to life in 2023”.
