LNT Care Developments and Lovel Developments have filed plans for a mixed scheme consisting of a 66-bed care home and 14 houses in Market Weighton, East Yorkshire.
The duo have lodged paperwork with East Riding of Yorkshire Council for the project on a 1.37-acre site.
The proposed £7m care home will offer residential and dementia care.
Once operational, the two-storey home would include facilities such as a cinema, hair salon, tea room, and various lounges and dining options.
The care home will also benefit from both solar photovoltaic panels and a ground source heat pump, meaning that over 60 per cent of its energy will come from renewable sources.
The care home is expected to generate up to 60 jobs.
Lovel Developments plans for the 14 houses are a mix of two and three-bedroom plus two single bedroom apartments.
