Country Court is to open on 5 September its new 80-bed Castor Lodge care home near Peterborough in Cambridgeshire.
Castor Lodge will provide residential care, short-term respite care and specialist dementia care for up to 68 people, with an additional six top-floor premium suites providing accommodation for a further 12 people.
Country Court has designed Castor Lodge to have a “community feel” with the care home's village street providing an ice cream parlour and shop.
Other communal areas will be bright, spacious and inviting, with beautifully landscaped gardens to encourage people to explore the outdoor spaces.
Other facilities include the Cricketers Arms pub, cinema, hair and beauty salon, and contemplation room.
Residents will meet friends and visitors in the bistro café or enjoy uninterrupted views over the open countryside from the rooftop observatory bar.
Castor Lodge will also have dedicated activity and wellbeing champions who will get to know residents individually; they are then able to support and encourage people to continue to enjoy their hobbies and interests.
There will be a range of activities such as reminiscing and games to light exercise, crafts, gardening or singing for residents to enjoy every day, either in a group as a sociable activity or on a one-to-one basis.
Local community groups meanwhile will be encouraged to visit residents, join in with activities and host their own events.
In addition, Country Court is working with chefs with backgrounds in Michelin-starred restaurants to deliver a hotel-level service.

Visitors to the open day on 5 September will be entertained by electric string quartet Escala, who were finalists in Britain’s Got Talent in 2008.
