The virtual roundtable is sponsored by Virgin Money through its specialist health & social care team.
“The team has a very active role within the social care market and, having delivered finance for over 55 new build care home developments in the last six years, has a deep interest in this area,” said Virgin Money head of health and social care Derek Breingan.
Current projects include a new, specialist dementia care home that is much needed as demand for these type of facilities increases, he added.
“The team also supports existing customers seeking to upgrade, extend and modernise older care homes to meet changing demands. This webinar will provide further insight to the future of the dementia care home landscape.”
