Midlands operator Macc Care Group has acquired an under-development care home site in Solihull with the assistance of real estate experts Roythornes Solicitors.
Macc, founded by doctors Naz Nathani and Sanjay Aggarwal, works closely with local authorities in bespoke developments addressing local needs and has various sites in development.
This new site in Solihull will be commissioned in January 2022.
“Macc is an impressive organisation with industry leading development capabilities and an ambitious expansion plan,” said Roythornes national head of real estate Bhavesh Amlani.
“The recent Solihull acquisition was complex and not without its challenges, which meant that a practical and pragmatic approach adopted by the team in light of the timescales helped enormously with a smooth deal process,” he added.
Macc is also looking to acquire other sites in the Midlands, which Roythornes is dealing with.
Macc has recently commenced development on another existing site in Solihull, which will see the delivery of 80 care home units, 12 assisted living units and a further 47 residential units.
“We work with Roythornes because of their property development expertise. We have a fast-paced growth strategy with various legal requirements and have always relied on Bhav and Emily to work as part of our team and they have always provided sound legal advice with flexibility and commercial awareness that we desire,” said Macc director Dr. Naz Nathani.
