Care home construction company Savista Developments is recruiting for five senior positions as part of its long-term expansion plan.
Savista Developments, which builds and fits out care homes and retirement villages for sister companies Hallmark Care Homes and Santhem Residences, is seeking a head of technical, head of planning, head of commercial, head of construction, and marketing manager to support their planned growth.
The majority of the Hallmark family group’s sites in the pipeline are located in and around London and south-east England, and there are currently a number of outstanding projects ranging from care homes to retirement villages incorporating assisted living properties.
