Ideal Carehomes is on course to open its 66-bed Sedgley Court care home in Dudley this autumn.
The £10m development features a cinema, airy botanical room leading onto landscaped gardens, a traditional tea shop, beauty parlour and sky bar.
Sedgley Court will be Ideal Carehomes’ 22nd development.
The Leeds provider has launched a recruitment drive ahead of the opening of the Dudley home.
Ideal Carehomes will hire up to 50 staff including positions in care management, front of house representatives, care assistants and kitchen and domestic staff.
Staff will be able to take advantage of company initiatives such as its Ideal Fresh Living programme that includes infection control policies and training.
Ideal Carehomes also offers career progression through its newly launched Ideal Academy.
