Luxury care provider Signature Senior Lifestyle has hired talent acquisition software provider Tribepad to help it recruit 1,000 staff across its care homes in England over the next 12 months.
Signature is harnessing Tribepad’s talent acquisition suite that includes applicant tracking software to hire carers, catering and hospitality, reception, care and maintenance teams.
Marketing agency Welove9am meanwhile has created job advertisements and a new careers website to improve engagement and find the best person suited to a role.
Previously, Signature’s recruitment was highly paper-based, with everything tracked on spreadsheets.
Tribepad said its digitised recruitment process reduces the need for physical meetings, which is paramount during Covid-enforced social distancing measures, and ensures Signature can process and screen large influxes of applications.
Signature has already seen an increase in the number and quality of applications, with 2,500 applications in the past week, it added.
Tribepad’s software manages the job applications, increasing the speed of onboarding new carers, and enables Signature to build a better candidate acquisition strategy.
The care provider is able to track how candidates use the platform and monitor poor engagement throughout the recruitment process.
“Tribepad have gone above and beyond to develop a seamless recruiting process for us not least because of the new, unique set of circumstances that have been introduced as a result of Covid-19,” said Signature Senior Lifestyle resourcing & talent head Laura Purvis.
“Our new system is straightforward and easy to navigate - something our staff were struggling with before, having previously used complex, slow platforms,” she added.
