Montreux Healthcare Fund has acquired a pair of care homes in the Kent coastal village of Dymchurch.
Bethany House and Bethany Lodge, which opened their doors in 1992 and 1997 respectively, provide care within nursing, residential and a variety of physical disabilities including acquired brain injury, congenital disorder and degenerative illnesses.
The homes will be operated on behalf of Montreux by care providers Active Care Group.
Bethany House and Bethany Lodge were sold on behalf of previous owners Paul Mills and family by property agent DC Care.
DC Care said the standard of care provided is reflected by Bethany House and Bethany Lodge’s ‘Excellent’ CQC compliance records and virtually full occupancy levels for their respective 24 and 15 beds.
"During our initial meeting at Bethany House and Bethany Lodge, it was felt these highly reputable homes would attract strong interest, and that an existing specialist operator would be best placed to maintain the high standards required in such facilities,” said DC Care southern region director Andy Sandel.
