Social care provider Precious Homes has appointed Fergal Cawley to be its chief executive in a promotion from his former role as chief financial officer (CFO).
A former charted accountant and community pharmacists, Cawley was CFO at the London outfit for three years prior to his promotion.
“I am absolutely delighted to take on this new and expanded role at Precious Homes. Our focus will be on continuing the momentum of recent years, delivering and further expanding the provision of high-quality services and on attracting talented and passionate people to join us,” he said.
Precious Homes founder Mitesh Dhanak will continue to be chairman of the company, which specialises in providing for people with autism and learning disabilities.
“Fergal is the ideal choice to take up the position of CEO given his broad industry experience, successful track record and proven ability to drive results in the business to date,” said Dhanak.
“His passion for the business, understanding of our sector and its challenges and vision to provide outstanding support for our service users will help us to move forward in a positive direction and impact all aspects of what we do,” he added.
