Care provider, Curaa Group, has successfully acquired Broome End Care Home in Essex.
Broome End Care Home has an excellent reputation - the home won the coveted “Care Home of The Year” and highly commended “Champion of Champions” at the 2019 Prosper Awards for Essex County Council.
The home provides person-centred care in generously proportioned accommodation, housed in an historic converted manor house property. The site offers attractive outdoor space including a large terrace overlooking meadows and a state-of-the-art sensory garden.
Curaa Group is a family business, headed by Haris and Amer Khan. Haris Khan says: “We are very proud of our amazing team, who recently won Home of the Year at the Essex Care Sector Awards, and we intend to build on this momentum as we go into 2020.

Having worked together on several projects since 2018, Liz was able to endorse Curaa Group as a strong buyer and confirm its financial position to the selling agents, securing a prompt viewing with the vendor. Finance for the purchase was negotiated and secured by November 2019 and the experienced team involved worked closely to help deliver the completion a month later in December.
