Luxury Sanders Senior Living care home, Graysford Hall has hosted an official grand opening event led by Leicester snooker legend, Willie Thorne.
The event was attended by members of the public and by industry professionals and officials linked to the brand new Leicester care home.
Complete with Christmas gift market stalls, a performance from Stoneygate School children’s choir, a live band and an appearance from Santa, plus mulled wine and mince pies, the event was a tremendous success, with hundreds in attendance. Guests were able to take guided tours of the home, showcasing its large living suites, library, cinema, private dining and spa and wellbeing areas.
Willie Thorne, special guest at the event, was honoured to take part in the ribbon cutting ceremony and spoke about the fantastic offering at the private-pay care home. Home manager, Suzie said it was a pleasure to welcome him back to Leicester on such a special day for the home. There was also a ceremonial cake cutting, led by Graysford Hall’s very first resident, Myra, who was delighted to take part.
