The Astor Aquba is the newest innovation in our height adjustable basin range; the perfect wash basin for all the family. It has a stylish and compact frame which gives it a contemporary feel. It is also the smallest completely integrated unit available on the market, making it one of the most wheelchair accessible basins and ideal for under window installation.

The basin itself is designed with accessibility of paramount importance. Made of a Corian style material that is smooth to the touch, its unique shape at the front makes access to the basin and the taps easier and more comfortable. An indented shelf at the rear is a useful addition to position soaps and other accessories that will go up and down with the basin. There are a range of basin widths to suit individual requirements: 450mm, 600mm, 750mm and 900mm.
The Astor Aquba is designed with functionality at the forefront. The low-profile concealed plumbing offers full under basin wheelchair access. Integrated load bearing handles offer added support to manoeuvre around the basin and are also perfectly positioned to drape a towel over.
The wash basin unit has integrated controls with two custom memory recall positions, allowing the height to be altered at the touch of a button to the pre-set positions, or to any height within the range by pressing the up/down buttons.
The Astor Aquba employs anti-trap sensors when in operation. If an obstacle is detected when the basin is in motion, it will stop and move in the opposite direction. Safety lock out functionality is also in place to prevent accidental or non-supervised operation.
