Following the current owner and manager’s decision to retire after 27 years, Glenhelenbank Residential Care Home in Luncarty, Perthshire, is now on the market.
Registered for 13 elderly residents, the long established home provides long term and respite care. It comprises of 13 bedrooms, two lounges, a dining room, enclosed gardens and four bedroom owner/staff accommodation.

Current owner, Mary Davies, has owned and managed the home for the past 27 years, providing high quality care for many residents over that time, and has now decided to sell in order to enjoy a well earned retirement.
