Baycroft has been named a finalist in the Residential Care Provider of the Year category at this year’s LaingBuisson Awards.
The LaingBuisson Awards are the Oscars of health and social care. In their 13th year of recognising excellence, they are judged independently and objectively and focus on the people providing the care as well as their advisors.
Last year they received over 350 nominations, with the winners on the night receiving their awards in front of an audience of over 850 of their peers. The Awards are hosted at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge on Thursday 15th November 2018.
The submission for this category focussed on the organisation’s core values and aims, what sets us apart from our competitors, key achievements and how we’re demonstrating commitment to our people and wider stakeholders.
Baycroft managing director, Andrew Winstanley says: “We are delighted to have been named a finalist in such a prestigious health and social care Award. With two homes currently open and another four in the pipeline for 2019, it is great to be recognised as providing award-winning care. We are very much looking forward to the ceremony in November."
