Derbyshire based Wildgoose Construction has won three contracts worth a total of £16 million, including a £10 million care home.
The other contracts include a £3 m industrial unit in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, and two pubs for brewer Marston’s in Runcorn and Bradford, as part of contracts worth a total of £3 m.
Work is due to start next month on the Carpender Park Farm Care Home in Watford for developer Frontier Estates on behalf of Baycroft Care Homes. The build is scheduled to take 78 weeks to complete.
The care home will include a cinema room, a hair salon and a restaurant/café along with landscaping works outside.
Jonathan Wildgoose, executive chairman of Wildgoose Construction, is thrilled with the recent contract wins.

Wildgoose has a successful track record of building care home facilities with builds in recent years at Grimsby, Lichfield, Aldridge and Solihull.
The company is also currently building a 50-bed care home and 69 apartments for City of Bradford Metropolitan Council in Keighley.
