Havendene Care Home in Prudhoe in Northumberland has been sold to Dr and Mrs Khan, who plan to continue offering the high level of care that has been provided at Havendene for many years.
Specialising in residential and dementia care, Havendene is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for 25 residents and benefits from 21 single and two twin bedrooms, two dining rooms and three bathrooms situated across the ground and first floors. Additionally, the home provides ample car parking space to the front of the property for visitors and a lift for easy access to the first floor.
Previous owner, Mrs Lindy Liddell and her family had owned the home since 1990 and have fully refurbished and enhanced the property throughout their ownership.
