DC Care has recently completed the sale of The Laurels Care Home in Aberdare, South Wales on behalf of Mr Keith Jones.
The home is located on the outskirts of the town centre, with a population of just over 31,000 and is almost halfway between Swansea and Cardiff.
The building is a former private residence that has been significantly extended to provide care in all single accommodation bedrooms. As well as light and spacious accommodation, there are lovely gardens to the rear, which have been designed to encourage use by clients.
The Laurels has been acquired by Siva Sriplan and his business partner who commented that the purchase went really smoothly, with Siva and his business partner having the support of the owner in ensuring that the service did not get disrupted in the transition period and that residents carried on receiving the highest possible care and service.
