Hallmark Care Homes’ facility in Maesteg, Bryn Celyn Care Home, celebrated over a decade of delivering excellent relationship-centred care recently with a party to mark the milestone event.
The residential and nursing home, which was acquired by care provider Hallmark Care Homes in 2003 recognised residents, relatives and individuals who have contributed to its success at the event with a buffet and musical performance from Britain’s Got Talent 2016 finalist, Melanie Bell.
Throughout the event there was also an opportunity to take a tour of the homes’ newly refurbished café and hair salon.
The special event culminated with speeches from general manager Mary Richard and Hallmark Care Homes managing director, Avnish Goyal.
General manager, Mary Richard says: “Bryn Celyn Care Home has had an amazing journey over the last 15 years, thanks to continued support from residents, relatives, team members and members of the local community.
“All of the team at Bryn Celyn are strongly committed to ensuring that our residents are supported to continue to live full and active lives and I am delighted to be part of such a wonderful team!”
Avnish Goyal says: “It is fantastic that we are celebrating Bryn Celyn providing 15 years of outstanding relationship-centred care.
“I want to thank everyone who has come along to help celebrate this monumental occasion!”
