Audley Group raises £10,000 for Macmillan

Owners and staff across the Audley Group raised an exceptional £10,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support in 2017, with a range of fundraising events taking place at villages across the country throughout the year.

From summer and Christmas fairs to a murder mystery party and even a triathlon event, owners and staff helped raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, the company’s chosen charity partner for 2017.

The main event of the year, which spanned multiple villages, was the Macmillan World’s Biggest Coffee Morning, the charity’s largest annual fundraiser for people facing cancer. The events brought neighbours, friends and families together to raise money for a brilliant cause.

Audley Group now owns a portfolio of 18 villages across the country. The group has two brands: Audley Villages, founded in 1991 and aimed at the luxury end of the market, and Mayfield Villages, a proposition with broader appeal.

Paul Morgan, managing director operations at Audley Group, says: “We’re incredibly proud of all the team and owners across the country who have put such time and effort into all the fundraising events this year. They provided the perfect opportunity for owners and the local community to get together and support a very worthy cause. We will soon be announcing our charity partner for 2018 and we are already looking forward to all the events which will be taking place.”
