To design housing for an ageing population is a challenge. Multiple stakeholders such as local authorities, registered providers and developers, as well as the older people requiring the housing need to work in partnership to find the right solutions. In the digital information age, attracting, retaining and developing a care home workforce is also a challenge. Could one of the solutions be to provide high quality learning in an environment where adult learners feel engaged and encouraged to be creative thinkers and learners?
