RWK Goodman has assisted WCN Care Group Ltd in acquiring Hampshire care home provider Goldenpride Limited.
The deal was led by RWK Goodman’s health and social care team, headed by partner Bharti Moore, with support from solicitor Giles Tidy (corporate), partner Rob Walton (real estate), and senior associate Rebecca McCollum (employment).
