Planning permission has been granted for Boutique Care Homes’ newest home, Catherine Grove, in Deal, Kent.
Construction of Catherine Grove is set to begin this summer 2025, with the home expected to open in late 2027. Featuring 83 bedrooms and seven retirement bungalows, Catherine Grove will offer a bistro, family lounge, and a lawn bowling green. As part of its commitment to preserving and enriching the natural environment, Boutique Care Homes will plant 60 additional trees, complementing the 250 already on-site.
