Signature Senior Lifestyle has been awarded Care Home Group of the Year at the LaingBuisson Awards 2024.
The LaingBuisson Awards are a benchmark of excellence across the health and social care sectors, with a particular focus on innovation, service delivery, and operational efficiency. The judges heard how, in the past 12 months, Signature Senior Lifestyle – which operates 10 care homes – has opened its flagship Signature at Highgate home and significantly improved staff retention, with flexible working helping achieve a 96 per cent retention rate.
Signature Senior Lifestyle has also partnered with Jayne Connery and Care Campaign for the Vulnerable (CCFTV) to become a vocal proponent of safety monitoring technology as part of its efforts to enhance care standards and transparency – becoming the first corporate care provider to implement such technology across its entire portfolio.
Signature Senior Lifestyle CEO Kay Cox said: “We’re proud to be recognised in this way by the LaingBuisson Awards. This is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our teams, who are committed to improving care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents. We remain focused on raising the bar in terms of care standards, innovation, and colleague support, and we look forward to continuing to lead by example as we expand across the UK.”
