CHD Living has announced the commencement of construction on a new luxury care home in Elstead, Surrey.
This state-of-the-art, 60-bed home – set to open in Autumn 2025 – will marks CHD Living’s third development in 2024 and its fifth care home in the borough of Waverley.
The new care home will provide long-term nursing care, post-operative care, and reablement services, ensuring a holistic approach to health and recovery. It will offer a wide range of facilities designed to promote the wellbeing and dignity of all residents, and will include beautifully landscaped gardens and a variety of communal spaces.
The development will occupy part of a larger residential site comprising of detached houses and apartments. The approved planning permission covers a 3,000 square meter area designated for a 60-bed care home, set in one acre of grounds.
