Aria Care Group One is celebrating the graduation of the first cohort of its innovative leadership development programme.
Aria launched its Inspiring Leaders Development Programme earlier this year to support staff who are committed to becoming high-impact leaders. Over the past six months, the first 11 delegates – including home managers and regional directors – have been equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to enhance communication, refine their leadership styles, and master the fundamentals of project management.
A strong focus was also placed on improving care quality. By understanding the regulatory landscape, including inquest management, graduates are now well-prepared to meet the challenges of their roles.
