Lamont Johnson has announced the recent completed sale of Hampton House in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
Registered for 37 residents, Hampton House has provided care since the 1960s and has been refurbished and updated since the business was acquired in 1999.
The home boasts 36 en suite bedrooms and has a CQC rating of ‘Good’. In addition, existing planning exists for a further six bedrooms.
Hampton House has been trading successfully for over 24 years under the ownership and guidance of Tony and Roz Elliott and has now been acquired by Staffordshire-based existing operator Juliet Briggs of Capulet Holdings Limited.
Grayson Taylor of Lamont Johnson said: “Of the 850+ Care Homes that I have sold in my business lifetime going back to 1981, this is on a personal level, one of my all time, five favourite homes. We were delighted to have been entrusted by Tony and Roz to find a buyer for such a special home and we wish Juliet Briggs and her team all the very best of good fortune in the future.”
