Person Centred Software acquires Redcrier

Person Centred Software, a leading provider of care management software and innovative solutions for the care sector, has announced the addition of Redcrier – one of the largest training suppliers for the UK care industry – to its Connected Care offering.

Redcrier has over a decade of experience working with care organisations to build accredited training packages and training solutions to help with compliance, competency, and staff performance.

Person Centred Software's Connected Care Platform, which is used by over 6,000 care providers across the UK and includes solutions for care planning, wellness and activities, medication management, and care home operations, will be enhanced from the added addition of Redcrier training solutions and is expected to bring many benefits for care professionals further driving outstanding care.

Johan Jardevall, CEO at Person Centred Software, said: “'With this acquisition, we can address significant challenges in the social care sector, related to learning and development. Therefore, our primary goal is to ensure that care staff receive the right training and certifications, enabling them to perform their jobs to the highest standard and provide the best possible experience for residents in care. This move demonstrates Person Centred Software's commitment to continuously improve and expand its offerings, aligning with the evolving needs of the care sector.”

Andrew Seville, managing director at Redcrier, said: ''Redcrier is excited to join the Person Centred Software family and will use its expertise and experience to further strengthen Person Centred Software's Connected Care Platform. This exciting development will benefit the customers of both companies, offering care providers a more comprehensive range of tools and services to enhance the quality of care and support they deliver – something which Redcrier holds at its core.

Redcrier, now owned by Person Centred Software, will maintain its relationship with all current customers and partners. Our existing customers will still be able to use our training solutions as they are. They will also benefit from the extended support and expertise from Person Centred Software, including the integration of Person Centred Software's Connected Care Platform.''
