Rotherwood Healthcare has marked the topping out of Colwall Care Home, located on the border of Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
The topping-out at the village of Colwall saw Rotherwood Healthcare's chairman Richard Claridge, CEO John Fennell, and head of projects, Shivam Radia – along with contracts manager Chris Jackson and project manager Pete Gannon from LNC Property Developments – commemorating the occasion by placing the final roof piece onto the structure.
The topping-out ceremony marks a significant step towards the anticipated opening of Colwall Care Home in July. Designed by Lawrence and Finlay Architects, Colwall Care Home promises to redefine standards in elderly living and care with luxurious features such as an at-home bar and cinema room, full en suite bathrooms, and stylish finishings.
CEO John Fennell said: “We're delighted to witness the progress of Colwall Care Home as it takes shape. This home will not only meet the growing demand for quality care in the region but also provide a luxurious and enriching environment for our residents.”
